Can you share a little bit about yourself?
Of course! My name is Laura Wilfon and I’m a mother of 2, wife of 1.
Along with keeping a couple of kids alive and thriving daily, I am an insurance agent, social media content creator, cookie lady, and freelance tv news journalist. Coffee addict, water drinker, wine (at bedtime) sipper.
In my previous life as a morning news anchor, we had some clients come on one of our morning shows to talk about cool sculpting, and I’ve always been intrigued!
As a busy mom of two, working out and eating healthy are things I try to do, but I don’t always have the time. Of course, as a mother, I have some trouble spots I couldn’t get to budge the last couple of years, so I was willing to try something new to zap some fat.
Oh yes! I try to eat clean and move as much as possible, but things that worked well before haven’t worked as well lately. Getting old, I suppose!
It’s so deflating to workout really hard, stress about what you eat, and still not get the results you want. There are just some areas that diet and exercise don’t help with when you’re in your mid-30s.
Can you describe your experience getting CoolSculpting from Kelsi? What areas were treated? How long did it take?Kelsi is phenomenal and so knowledgeable that I had zero concerns.
She walks you through EVERYTHING, so you know exactly what to expect with the treatment, recovery, and results.
Kelsi is the sweetest cheerleader in your transformation, and I loved spending time with her in these treatments.
Areas treated: stomach (upper and lower), back bra line, and inner thighs.
It took a full day for all of the treatments.
I’m incredibly cautious these days, and I felt totally at ease at Ageless Remedies of Roswell.
They take your temperature as you walk in the door, everyone is wearing a mask, and every surface is sparkling clean.
Going back to knowledge, Kelsi knows so much about the CoolSculpting equipment and results that you don’t think twice about what she recommends — she clearly knows what she’s talking about!
Everyone made me so comfortable during the treatment; it’s like I moved into the office for a day!
Going into my 30-day appointment, I was so excited to see the side by side results.
I lost 10 pounds in 30 days. I could see my belly button lifting and clothes fitting better by the one month mark.
My 60-day appointment was after Thanksgiving, and I could still see incredible results in my pictures and how I felt daily.
Clothes fit better, and stubborn fat is gone. I can’t believe it worked this well!

Let’s take a closer look at your before and after images!

What advice did Kelsi give you to get the best results from CoolSculpting? She told me to wear Spanx and pants with compression after the procedure to help minimize any discomfort. That worked incredibly well.
Kelsi also told me I would see the best results after eating clean and moving more.
She was so right!
I’m a lot more confident in how I look and feel.
It sounds silly, but having clothes fit better going into the holidays is a dream.
Also, it’s nice to wear clothes that haven’t fit into a while.
I’ve started working out consistently again because I want these good results to keep coming in!
I’ve cleaned up my eating, and I’ve tracked more of my macros. I’ve also put effort into walking more and going to my fitness bootcamp.
But let’s be honest — it’s still the holidays, so I’m not perfect with my diet and exercise.
With CoolSculpting to help me achieve my goals, I don’t have to hold myself to unrealistic expectations.
That’s the beauty of the treatment!
I’m @wineatbedtime on Instagram, and you can also follow my blog at https://wineatbedtime.com. I write about surviving the chaos of motherhood by sipping coffee all day and wine at bedtime.
It was such a pleasure to talk about my CoolSculpting treatment today. I am so happy with my results.
If anyone else out there is curious about giving CoolSculpting a try, I definitely recommend it!
